How to Use:

For adults and children aged 12 and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto your toothbrush.

Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), or as recommended by a dentist.

Ensure that all sensitive areas of the teeth are brushed.

Do not swallow the toothpaste.

Not suitable for children under 7 years old.
