How do I opt-in for a subscription service?

To start a subscription, simply follow these steps:

• Go to the product page of the item you want to subscribe to.
• Click on the “Subscribe and Save” tab at the top of the page.
• Choose how often you want the item to be delivered to you in the “Deliver every” menu.
• Confirm your subscription and enjoy the benefits of saving time and money.

Will you notify me when the Subscription products have been dispatched?

You will get an email to confirm that your order has left our warehouse within a day of dispatch, along with any details to track your delivery.

Can I modify the Subscription service?

You have full control over your subscription. You can make changes to your subscription anytime from your Account section. You can do things like cancel your subscription, change your delivery address, skip your delivery for up to two months in a row and update your payment details.

Which Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods for subscription orders:

• MasterCard
• VISA
• American Express

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Your order will be on its way as soon as we receive your payment. You can expect to get your order within 2-3 business days in the UK and 3-5 business days in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Do I have to be in – in order to receive the parcel?

 The parcels can fit through the letterbox, f your order is too big for the letterbox or needs a signature, you will find a card from the courier in your mailbox. This card will tell you where your parcel is and how to get it.
