How to use:

• Always follow the label directions.
• Brush twice a day and not more than three times, minimizing swallowing and spitting out. For quick relief, brush sensitive areas first or apply a pea-sized amount to a clean fingertip and gently rub it onto each sensitive area (up to twice per day) one minute before brushing.
