• This mouthwash is for adults and children over 6 years old.
• Children under 6 years old should not use it.

How to use it

Rinse your mouth with this mouthwash twice a day, after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening. For adults, use 20 ml (4 teaspoons) each time. For children between 6 and 12 years old, use 10 ml (2 teaspoons) each time. Swish the mouthwash around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
