How to use

Please read the instructions before using this product.

Use it twice a day. Rinse with 10 ml for 1 minute then spit out. Do not swallow and do not rinse with water. Do not drink from the bottle.

Stop using the mouthwash and get medical help right away if you have a rash, swelling of the mouth or face or trouble breathing. These could be signs of an allergic reaction, which is very rare. If you feel any irritation in your mouth, stop using the product as well.

Not for use by children under 12 years of age unless advised by a dental professional or doctor.

Your teeth may become temporarily discoloured by using this mouthwash, but this can be removed by brushing twice a day or by your dentist or hygienist. You can avoid staining by avoiding tea, coffee or red wine, especially up to one hour after using the mouthwash, and by brushing your teeth twice a day with toothpaste.
